Have you ever tasted fresh lamb? If so what was your experience? What is your favorite recipe?
We introduced our family to lamb this last year. It was a trial. It was a success in our household with a leg of lamb - using a Slowly Braised Leg of Lamb in Red Wine. The lamb was tender, moist, and full of flavor which was a huge success. Both of my girls prefer this dish over our aged beef roast any day.
